Project VIPs Victim Impact Panels are Oklahoma courts-approved and recognized by the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council.

A certificate is given to the attendee at the completion of the course. An attendee attends a victim impact panel once. The duration of the victim impact panel is typically 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.

A form of identification is required and $75.00 in the form of cash, credit or debit. Project VIP LLC does not accept personal checks. Replacement certificates are available upon request for a fee of $30.00.
